I always try to make a weekly menu but don't really assign a specific day to each meal. Instead I just plan for 5-7 meals (depending on our plans for the week) and make whatever we feel like having. This week I haven't made a menu and we don't really have much in the house so I need to go grocery shopping for the weekend.
1. Chicken Pot Pies (will make extra for freezer)
2. Chicken Tamale Casserole (will make extra for freezer)
3. Pierogies with caramelized onions
4. Tuscan Garlic Chicken with Pasta
5. Pizza or other take-out
More for freezer:
breakfast burritos
pumpkin muffins
macaroni and cheese
